TROUBLESHOOT EMAIL:

Cannot Access Webmail: Ensure you are not behind a firewall.
  Check you are using the correct url, username and password. as shown on the 'Accessing Webmail' page.
  No firewall, url and user/pass is correct but still no access, contact support@nzwebhosting4u.com
Getting 'Over Quota' Error: Check that the individual email account has not run out of space, in the 'Email accounts' icon of your control panel
  If all email accounts are not showing as over quota in your control panel, contact support as the overall hosting account may have run out of space.
Not Receiving in Outlook: Check that the email account is configured correctly, as outlined in the 'configure outlook' page, ensuring that if it's an email account you created in the control panel that you are using the entire email address as the username.
  If configured correctly contact support, attaching screenshots of all settings.
Cannot Send Using Outlook: Check that the SMTP server setting is configured correctly as outlined in the 'configure Outlook' page.
  A simple solution that usually fixes the problem is to change the outgoing SMTP server setting within the accounts properties section, to that of your connection provider and un-tick the 'outgoing server requires verification' leaving everything else as is.
